• The California Legislative LGBT Caucus is proud to bring back a series of brown bag lunches with caucus members. The second brown bag is scheduled for Wednesday, April 17 with Assemblymember and LGBT Caucus Chair Rich Gordon in the State Capitol, Room 317 from 12 – 1 pm. Light refreshments will be served. • Announcing Harvey Milk Champions of Change. The California Legislative Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Caucus is composed of openly LGBT members of the California State Legislature.  Founded in June 2002, the caucus’ role is to present a forum for the California Legislature to discuss issues that affect LGBT Californians and to further the goal of equality and justice for all Californians.
